Historic, cozy old town house with short distances to the sights of Nördlingen. Our lovingly renovated, unique apartment is located in the center of Nördlingen in a quiet side street. The shops, restaurants, sights and the weekly market on Saturday are only a few minutes' walk away. The beautiful apartment is located on the ground floor of our two-family house and has a living room with a cozy living area and flat-screen TV (satellite TV), a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, large vanity, an open, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, Microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, a cloakroom and a technical room with washing machine and dryer. The apartment also has a small terrace with sun loungers and seating. The nearest public car park is approx. 50 m away. We provide free Wi-Fi access for our guests. Your hosts live on the upper floor and are happy to answer any questions. Smoking is not permitted in the house.
