Spacious, secluded cottage with games room / sauna

In the small village Údolíčko, overlooking the picturesque, forested valley in the Ore Mountains, 1km from the small town Perštejn with outdoor pool, brewery, rock climbing and more. The cottage nestles in its own enclosed grounds, leading up through the garden directly into the forest. A magical place with large open terrace, covered open fireplace, garden and large games room. Also a large sauna for 6 people with a shower. Parking is possible right in front of the cottage. The location is ideal for walking trips in the countryside, for cycling trips along excellently marked cycling routes, rock climbing on the local rocks near the river Ohře, 3 km from the cottage or boating on the river. There are also many beautiful castles to visit or a trip to the beautiful city of Karlovy Vary is not far. In the winter there many ski areas within 20 kilometres of the cottage or it is possible to use the many well maintained cross country ski routes within a few kilometres of the cottage. The local brewery in Perštejn is a 1 km walk if you want to taste some traditional czech beer and food. The cottage opens into a spacious hallway with a wood burning stove adjoining a large games room with a bar, table football, billiards, darts and a seating area. There is a also a large bathroom on this floor. The living room is on the first floor with a wood burning fireplace, a large dining area and direct access to the spacious terrace. The first double bedroom and a second bathroom are also on this floor. On the second floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds, a children's corner with the possibility of2 extra beds and a toilet. In the attic there is a bedroom with 3 beds. The whole house is available for guests during their stay. The village of Udoličko is in a beautiful environment amid forests and unspoilt nature, in a secluded area. The wonderful location is ideal in winter and summer for hiking trips to the surrounding countryside, skiing in Klinovec or the local ski areas, just a couple of kilometres from the house, the local brewery in Perštejn, cycling trips along excellently marked cycling routes. And there is also the possibility of free climbing on the local rocks near the river Ohře, 3 km from the cottage. In the surrounding area there are many ruins of castles Perštejn, Šumná, Lestkov, Horní Hrad and Hasištejn Castle. Karlovy Vary is nearby for cultural interest and Klašerec nad Ohří is a pleasant nearby historical town. Train station Perštejn - 3km Parking for several cars in the secure grounds of the house. The driveway is very steep so it may be necessary to leave cars at the bottom of the track in icy weather. Parking in winter may be at entrance to driveway, by the road, when there is a lot of snow or ice. Due to the free sauna and the possibility to use electric heaters as well as the wood burning stove and fire place, guests must pay a separate charge for electricity of 5kč per kwh on the day of leaving.
