Neat and spacious wheelchair friendly 3 bedroom house in quiet cul-de-sac. Spacious lounge with dining room, kitchen and kitchen nook. Braai/BBQ area outside with laundry room (washing machine, with movable dryer). Double garage for safe parking. Garden for kids to play. Serene space where you can have peace and quiet. When guests book the whole house, they will have access to the whole house Guest will have total privacy. Most of the time I will be available through texting or a phone call. Will not be on the premises with the guests. The neighborhood is quiet and on the outskirts of town. It is in a Crescent with a absolutely beautiful view of the mountains. Double lockup garage is available for free, safe and secure parking. Grocery store is +/- 500m from the house and the main road with all other shops, about a kilometer. This a water sensitive area, so we please ask our guests to work very sparingly with our water supply. Also please make sure that all doors and windows are closed and locked on leaving the house. When guests depart, the house must be left tidy and dishes washed.
