Peaceful and quiet place situated directly in the heart of the nature, in the outskirts of Banska Bela, close to Banska Stiavnica. Should you wish for calm relax, active outdoor activities or family vacation, we have tons of options for you, the place is quiet, which makes it ideal for a restful and relaxing stay with kids, family or friends. The place is surrounded by woods, hiking trail and cycling path is 150 metres only. Renting the house, you will be having 100% privacy. We rebuilt an old farmer house into a modern country house. Warning, stay at our place can cause you inner peace :-) The house has 4 rooms and a large apartment. Each room has a private bathroom, upon request, beds can be separated into singles. There is a direct entrance into the garden from the apartment. The guests can use further house facilities, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sun deck, external fireplace and more. The garden is surrounded by a stylish wooden fence, so the kids have plenty of room available for safe play. We have a nice kitchen for the guests, a club room to sit together (separated from the sleeping part of the house), enjoy food or play with the kids. There is a sunny terrace accessible for the guests, external fireplace to sit out and enjoy the peace of the place. The house will be fully available to you. Should you wish, we have a caretaker who can assist you when needed. Renting the whole place, you will be able to enjoy 100% privacy and relax. Around the house, there are meadows and woods. At close reach (150 meters), hiking and cycling trails are located - you will find a hiking map on premises for more details. Some 2 kms further, there is a lake you will be passing by on your way to the place - Halciansky tajch - suitable for swimming and fishing. Should you be into mushrooms picking, and there is a season, you are on the right spot. 5kms drive by car, som 6 kms walk - you will reach the UNESCO famed Banska Stiavnica, known for its gold and silver mining history, numerous lakes (called Tajch), now with the flavor of art all around the city. Should you go a little further for hiking, there are spots like Sitno, Tanad or Paradajs to visit. As for skiing, Salamandra Ski Resort is around 15 kms drive, Skalka and Krahule are some 50 kms drive. By bus/train to Banska Bela. With bus, take the stop named DINAS. From here, there are signs, which will direct you the place (by car or on foot). For those on foot, there is a shortcut, take the yellow marked hiking path direction Salas/sedlo Dubinky. For guests from Slovakia - we can issue an invoice to you to secure the benefit from your employer. Please mind that you will be staying in the nature. The last two kilometres of the access is a dirt road, yes passable by regular cars. Should the conditions get bad, we can assist with the access. The payoff is definitely the peace and solitude you will get in reward. Dear guests, we will gladly welcome you with your pets, yet please, be aware we might ask you for extra fee for your pet.
