Newly refurbished 2 room apartment with ap. 70 m² on the ground floor of a listed building, situated in the center of Bayreuth just a few steps from several tourist attractions and the pedestrian area. The entire apartment was lovingly furnished in 2017/2018. The modern bathroom has an accessible shower. A hairdryer, towels and extra toiletries are ready for you. The bed is a box spring bed (1.80 mx 2 m). In the apartment smoking is not allowed. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, cooker with ceramic hob, spacious fridge, pots, pans, bowls, wine and champagne glasses etc .. A flat screen TV with satellite channels and Internet connection, for your own Amazon Prime or Netflix account, as well as W-Lan is included. Guests can pick up the key directly from us (apartment directly above the apartment) or there is a key safe, which allows flexible arrival. Flyers from selected restaurants nearby as well as a Bayreuth guide are available. We are happy to be personally available with advice. The apartment is located in the Richard-Wagner-Str. 53, about 300 m from the pedestrian zone and the Hofgarten, the following tourist attractions are close by: Jean-Paul Museum 50 m Villa Wahnfried 100 m Franz-Liszt-Museum 150 m Masonic Museum 300 m New Castle 600 m Margravial Opera House 600 m Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Several bus stops are in the immediate vicinity, the Bayreuth main station can be reached in 10 minutes by city bus, the nearest airport is Nuremberg and can be reached in about 1 hour by train. There are several free parking slots at Lisztstraße, Rathstraße and Siegfriedstraße. There are 2-rooms on the same level which are used from time to time by our daughter, the bathroom and the kitchen belong exclusively to our guests.
