The house consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a spa bath and the other has a shower. Equipped kitchen with porcelain for 10 people. Refrigerator and freezer available. Dining table in front of the fireplace with 10 seats. On either side of the fireplace, the views are stunning through the two large windows facing the sea. Firewood is found in the garden. The open floor plan from the entrance through the living room, kitchen, dining room to the fireplace and sea view provides a nice atmosphere for socializing, eating and cozy in front of the fireplace. The area indoors is about 100 square meters. The roof terrace is about 60 square meters and the terrace down to the sea is about 40 square meters. Underfloor heating is available in all floors so accommodation is comfortable all year round. For comfortable indoor climates when it is hottest, AC is available in all areas. Sun loungers and seating areas are available on both terraces. From the terrace to the sea, there are a few steps to the beach that are sometimes the most sandy and sometimes the most rocky. It is a natural beach and you have it almost entirely to yourself. Some ladies from the neighboring houses sometimes come down and bathe for a while. Someone sometimes comes down to dive or pick vongole. Termini Imerese is a town with about 30,000 inhabitants and is located about 3.5 km east of Palermo. The city has a beautiful view of both the sea and the mountains. It is divided into two parts of the height difference. Bass is the lower part and Alta is the upper part. Between Alta and Bassa lies the oldest part of the city and a nice walk down via Roma is recommended. Here you can also make small detours into the winding narrow and typical alleys. Up in Alta there is the Belvederen where you can enjoy the sea view and the city park, Palmieri. From the city park you can see the house down at the sea edge, about 800 m down. There are several cafes and restaurants at and around the Belvederen. There is a restaurant with a local menu here, Napé. Perhaps the most exclusive restaurant down in Bassa is called Secondo Tempo. There is also an English speaking chef and the menu is more international. In Bassa is also Cafe Opera, a modern Sicilian cafe. There you can also have lunch. A walk along the fish and vegetable street, Dei Bagni down in Bassa can be completed at the cozy little square where chocolateria, bar with good food and simple restaurant share on the square. Grocery stores are located both in Alta, Gisa and down in Bassa, Crai. There is also a public beach adjacent to Bassa. Every Friday all year round there is a market down in Bassa. There, everything is sold from sewing thread, clothes, vegetables, household utensils, seafood and locally made cheeses. The mountain above the town is called Caloghero and there are hiking trails about 9 km north of the house. A little further south lies Caccamo where there is a beautiful castle, the Castellet to visit. Cefalu is a town about 3 km east of Termini where it is more suitable for tourists and the sandy beach is fine. Both to Cefalu and Palermo it is easy and cheap to take a train for a day trip.
