It is two steps away from midtownManhattan. there is everything near by restaurants, bars, super market, laundromat. Gorgeous apartment. originally NYC construction high ceilings large windows. the bedroom has a good amount of storage and the bed is very comfortable. the kitchen has all the basics you will need for your stay with us! You are welcome to use the kitchen and livingroom :) we understand you are busy so we leave it up to our gues to decide how much interaction they wat to have :) Astoria has become one of the most popular neighborhoods in NYC. It is said to be the most diverse neighborhoodin the world. Because of this you are able to find restaurants with food from all over the world and experience different cultures first hand. There is off the street parking. you do want to watch out for the street signs so you know when the car needs to be moved for street cleaing. the subway is up the block from us which makes this a perfect location! My wife and I rented this apartment and we rent out the two bedrooms to help us pay the rent. We are originally from Brazil and we love to traas living in NYC can be quite expensive.
