Niver Dew Cottage, Pendeen

A Visit England 4* cosy miners cottage built from granite, with stunning views of the sea and the local tin mining heritage. The cottage has many original features. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms, sleeping 3. The lounge has a warming wood burning stove and there is a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a roll top bath and separate shower. Linen, towels and kitchen essentials are all provided. Pendeen village has a shop, pub and café. A great base to visit the local area and beaches. Guests have access to the entire cottage. Guests will be left alone to relax and enjoy the cottage, I will only be a phone call away if you have any problems. Friendly people, local pubs and shop. Close to Geevor Tin Mine. The cottage is on a bus route. There is on street parking outside the cottage for approximately 5 cars, and further street parking on the roads along from the cottage. There is also a free car park a few minutes walk away. Pets are allowed in the cottage but they are not permitted upstairs or on the sofa or furniture. There is a £35 extra fee. A complimentary starter kit for the log burner has been provided. If you need more logs, they are on sale at the local village shop. Alternatively a local man who lives in the village can deliver to you.
