A laundry room with washer/dryer is located on the lower level. The first floor of this fantastic home boasts 3 living spaces and two dining tables in a loft style, split-level floor-plan. The well-appointed kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters is perfect for preparing large meals. The upper living room offers a flat screen TV and stereo. Comfortable coastal furnishing allows you to kick back and relax. A breakfast table, seating 4 is just next to the living room and flows to the open kitchen/dining area. The high-top dining table which seats 8 is sure to be a focal point of your stay. The well-stocked kitchen has everything needed to prepare coastal feasts. A split-level staircase leads to two additional open living spaces with a queen sleeper sofa, additional flat screen TV and access to the covered, screened porch with a table for 8 to dine al fresco. The second floor boasts 4 bedrooms. The first is the king bedroom, with flat screen TV, direct French door access to the covered screened porch with pool view and double sinks in the private bathroom. The second is the queen bedroom with flat screen TV and a full private bathroom. The third bedroom hosts a queen with flat screen TV and direct private access to the covered screened porch with pool view. The fourth bedroom enjoys two twin beds and a flat screen TV. A full bathroom is shared on this floor. Multiple DVDs/VCRs are provided. The elevator accesses the foyer, first and second floor. It does not access the split-level.
