Exclusive holiday farm with private wellness

Erve Klein Avest is located on the Twickel Estate in Twente. A unique and exclusive detached luxury B&B/holiday farm for 2 persons overlooking a beautiful Normandy orchard. Peace, space and surrounded by nature. The Basculehoeve equipped with an infrared sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi with private terrace is entirely at the disposal of our guests. A delicious mini wellness retreat! Ideal for walkers, cyclists and golfers. You can rent two electric bikes to explore the surroundings. During your stay you will be treated from January 4 until May and September to November, one morning with a regional products breakfast, a bottle of Oele'r Cider and Twente hospitality. In the summer months of July and August we make the Basculehoeve available as a holiday home with a minimum of 3 nights. In June, July and August we do not serve breakfast. You will however receive the delicious Oele'r Cider. There is an opportunity to cook, a combimanetron/oven is available and the Basculehoeve has a dishwasher. You can stay there completely self-sufficient. As guests you have access to all the rooms in the detached farmhouse the 'Basculehoeve' and the garden/terrace around it with sun loungers and parasol. During your stay we are available for any questions and we serve you ourselves a fresh breakfast every day. This unique B&B farmhouse is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Delden, the forest with Twickel castle and the Twickel sawmill. You can also visit the Hof van Twente vineyard. Taste a delicious glass of wine from Dutch soil. Various walking and cycling routes are available from our location. For golf lovers there are two golf courses within 5km: Golf Course de Lage Mors and the Twentsche Golfclub. If you travel by public transport you can get off at the station in Delden or in Hengelo. In consultation with us we can pick you up from these stations. The walking distance from the station Delden to our B&B farm is approx. 2 km. Due to allergies of guests, pets are not allowed in the Basculehoeve.
