A bright, spacious and well presented one bedroom ground floor flat. Located in the Upper Sound area of Lerwick close to all amenities including leisure centre, shopping, restaurants, cinema and museum. Our newly refurbished property comprises one double bedroom, living room, kitchen with all mod cons and spacious shower room plus off road parking.  There is also Freeview TV and complimentary wifi. A folding bed and a travel cot is also available if required. This property is 2 miles from the town centre. 3 mins by vehicle, 30 mins walk. Taxi cost £6-£8. Guests shall have access to the entire ground floor flat. Free parking is available directly outside front door. We offer a meet and greet service to all our guests. All guests are provided with our contact details should they require our assistance before and throughout the duration of their stay. All bed linen and towels are provided. On arrival all guests will receive a welcome pack which includes milk, bread, butter, preserves, eggs, tea, coffee, sugar. Lerwick is a very easy going town with friendly, helpful people all willing to give friendly advice or just spark up a conversation. If you're asking for directions don't be surprised if your helpers takes you where you want to go. Excellent public transport throughout the isles which is inexpensive and runs on time. We would recommend "BOLTS CAR HIRE" for those wishing to explore the isles independently and don't want to be tied to a timetable. We have two bicycles available should you wish to use them.
