Symphatic and cosy apartment situated in quiet and safe area, 12 minutes to city center by direct metro line. Comes with FREE NETFLIX as well as garden and terrace right next to the apartment building. Local restaurant is 2 min. walking, grocery store 4 min. walking, supermarket 7 min. walking. Flat has spacious open space with living room and kitchen, and two private bedrooms. We designed the flat ourselves with love and attention, so you feel like at your home away from home. In the open space there is living room area with comfortable sofa (which you can use as a single bed as well), big TV set with FREE NETFLIX + kitchen corner with all amenities and spacious dining table. In both private bedrooms you´ll find spacious double bed and single bed. Both bedrooms are spacious and very bright, nicely designed. The flat is suitable up to 7 people. In the bathroom there is shower corner, washing machine as well as some basic amenities you might need. Toilet is located separately from the bathroom. Next to the apartment there is private garden as well as terrace which you can use anytime. Parking spots are available next to the building. You will have the apartment only for yourself, so you have your absolute privacy. We prepared guide book, where you will find closest grocery store, restaurants, tram stop…information about traditional Czech meals and where to try them…where to go for nice walk and where the main attractions are…This book will stay with you in the apartment. The apartment is situated 12 minutes away from city center by direct metro line in quiet, safe and clean area. In the neighborhood you can find several local restaurants (the nearest one is just 2 minutes by foot) as well as some shops (the nearest grocery store is 4 minutes walking, bigger supermarket is 7 minutes walking). The flat comes with nice, private garden and terrace, where you can rest and enjoy your time. The nearest metro stop Ladvi is only 4 minutes by foot from apartment. You will be in city in 12 minutes by direct metro line. Next to the apartment you´ll have city bus stop. If you arrive by train, you can use metro line C directly to stop Ladvi, it takes about 10 minutes. If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can use metro line C as well to Ladvi, it takes around 8 minutes. From the airport, it takes about 55 minutes by public transport and 25 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague. INTERNET is for free with 50Mb download and 2Mb upload speed. You will have NETFLIX with international channels. For your safety, there is first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We like children, so if you need baby cot, dining chair or toys, it will be there for you. Check-in time is flexible, but please be aware, that if at your check-in day, there is check-out of previous guests, we need time to clean and prepare the apartment for you. Therefore you can check-in anytime after 2pm. Check-out time is till 11am. Please provide us clear information of your personal data and estimate arrival time. Please answer all information in the online arrival form required by law about you and your group because every host, hotel or accommodation in Czech Republic is obligated to collect these data for government. This data will only be used for the purpose of implementing your rights and will be stored for the necessary time for proving that we have fulfilled our obligations (i.e. for the period that the Office for Personal Data Protection can investigate the fullfilment of the given obligation).
