There is also a large back patio with outdoor eating area, new gas BBQ and an expansive lawn. The main house has 3 bedrooms + 1 full bath upstairs as well as 1 bedroom + 1 full bath downstairs. There is also a detached guest room with its own full bath. The home offers a large cooks’ kitchen with central island, stainless steel appliances--Sub-Zero refrigerator, Thermador gas cooktop and brand new dishwasher. There is a wood burning stove in the kitchen and two other fireplaces in the house--one in the dining room and one in the living room. The large dining room table seats 10 comfortably. There is high-speed WIFI and a large, flat screen, HDTV in the sunroom with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc... No parties or events of any kind are allowed on-site. The house is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and is a short walking distance to downtown Grass Valley. Public transportation in Grass Valley is limited so a having a car is highly recommended. The downstairs of the main house has central heat. We recently installed new, mini-splits in the 3 upstairs bedrooms that provide Heat as well as Air Conditioning. In the detached Guest House, there is a baseboard heater and ceiling fan--but no AC.
