Outside has a decked terrace with a table, chairs and a private hot tub. The Stonerush Lakes area has its very own restaurant and bar on site, with a pool table and dart board available to use. There is off road parking for one car located on a steep driveway. 3 Streamside is an excellent modernised lodge in the heart of Cornwall countryside. Amenities: Gas heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. 2 x TV with Freeview, 1 x integrated DVD player, fibre optic broadband. All fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 1 car on steep driveway next to the lodge. Decked terrace with table, chairs, and private hot tub. Two well behaved dogs welcome. No smoking. Shop 4 miles, restaurant/pub 5 minute walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: The parking for the property is up a steep driveway. Note: Whilst the property is all on one floor, there are steps to the property itself. Note: Due to balcony terrace and as there are lakes and open water on site children must be supervised at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site.
