Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. 2 x TV with Freeview, 1 x integrated DVD player, fibre optic broadband. All fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 1 car on steep driveway next to the lodge. Decked terrace with table, chairs, and private hot tub. Two well behaved dogs welcome. No smoking. Shop 4 miles, restaurant/pub 5 minute walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: The parking for the property is up a steep driveway. Note: Whilst the property is all on one floor, there are steps to the property itself. Note: Due to balcony terrace and as there are lakes and open water on site children must be supervised at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Looe is Cornwall’s second largest fishing port and hence there is always a lively maritime bustle around the quay area of East Looe, which is connected to the quieter West Looe by a seven arched 19th century bridge over the River Looe.
