The cottage can sleep five people in two bedrooms which are made up of a king-size double and a family room with a double and a single as well as a separate bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining area to seat five and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars with additional parking on request and a shared courtyard garden area with lawn and patio, private seating area. Set in a wonderful area, Coleg Y Groes can be enjoyed at any time of the year. Amenities: Due to Covid-19, this cottage is fogged prior to each guest's arrival to ensure that hard to reach areas and soft furnishings are sanistised. Gas fired central heating with woodburning stove. Everhot electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine in shared utility, fridge, freezer, Smart TV in sitting room, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel Cot and Highchair available on request. Hairdryer in each bedroom. Off-road parking for 2 cars with additional parking on request. Shared courtyard garden area with lawn and patio, private seating area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 minutes’ walk through the churchyard or via the drive and high street. Note: Steep staircase with a vertical rope, not suitable for the less mobile.
