The apartment benefits from a brand new, modern fitted kitchen with a gas hob and an electric oven. The lounge/dining room has a flat screen TV, (DVD, CD player) on request) double doors lead from the lounge onto a balcony with patio furniture. There are also 3 other balconies accessed from the bedrooms, all with lovely views. The bathroom is modern with the added advantage of having a bath and overhead shower. The apartment is fully equipped with A/C and has all your needs for a relaxing holiday. If you wanted to visit the island of Sicily this is easily accessible on one of the many short ferry rides, within an hour's drive from Gioiosa Ionica. Several golf courses are within a short drive.
