A beautiful 1 bedroom Annexe offering far reaching views of the Lincolnshire country side. The Annexe is located in the garden of our home and is very private. The village has a great pub for meals (The Livesey Arms) or equally the kitchen facilities will allow you to not have to leave the cottage. We have 2 very friendly dogs that are free to move around the garden. A very well presented detached annexe set within our maintained gardens with beautiful views across the Lincolnshire farm land set within the well known and highly regarded village of Ludborough. Only 10 mins from louth and 15 mins from Cleethorpes. Access to the gardens and the Annexe, car parking is on the drive. House and garages are private. By phone or by text. If you see us come and speak to us if you have issues but we like to keep an element of privacy where possible. Beautiful small village with a fantastic Pub (The Livesey Arms). Great walks and close to the market town of Louth and also Cleethorpes and Grimsby. Transport by car is recommended but there is a bus service that runs in the village.
