From a Pension to Landsitz (country residence). You´ll enjoy your trip in the former "Pension Weserblick" on over 3ha (320000 sqft.) property. Since the 1980 in private property and lovely renovated in 2015 and 2017. Our goal was it to create space for things that don't fit in your daily live. Recreation: - Wellnesroom with Light Therapy - Sauna - Piano In cooperation with a Physiotherapie Praxis we also offer: - Massage - Physitherapy - Pilates Please book in advance!!! And to get the Andrenalin up again: - Pool Table (0,70€ per game) - Kicker - Dart - Home Cinema with beamer Outside: - Table Tennis - a game called Wikingerschach (viking chess) The kitchen welcomes you to enjoy your breakfast and lunch, as well as having your coffee break or teatime in our french Espressocorner. Later you can draft your own beer on our philips perfect draft beer machine (20€ per 6 Liter). Fine dining well be done in our exclusive Dining room as seen on the pictures. Finding rest will be easy in one of our cosy sleeping rooms. Two of them on the ground floor easy two reach and 5 more completely renovated on the first floor. For our small guests there is a Bed 60cmx120cm as well as a kid chair. If your group exceeds the number of beds, we also have two sleep couches as well as some more Airbeds. Or you book our small flat Little Landsitz as well, which is in the same house. You´re also more than welcome to have your business meeting or jourfix at our Landsitz. With WIFI and DSL and beamer, you´ll have a "great" place for work. Also have a look on our "Little Landsitz" a cosy flat in the front part of the House. Separately bookable so you can enjoy the place with even more than 16 guests. Upon arrival you will get a complete guidance through the house, where everything will be explained. Either by phone or live. We want to provide you an awesome trip, where you have the space for yourself that you need! BUT don´t hesitate to contact us at any time or point. We will provide everything either by phone or by stepping by. The neigborhood has 3 houses. Lovely, isn´t it? In summer time you can take the ferry to get onto the other side of the river to get into the village Lippoldsberg. In wintertime you need a car for that! The house is next to the longest bikeway in germany the "R1". You can drive bike or rollerblade almost endless... But think before, you will have to drive everything also back ;-))). You should take at least one car with you. Because the next Train Station "Bodenfelde" is also a 10 min drive.
