In the basement there is a bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. Adjacent is the bathroom with tub, shower, hair dryer, towels and sauna. Washing machine and drying room are also available. Location: Irchenbrunn is the ideal starting point for excursion destinations. The A8 motorway is approx. 8 km away. You can be in Munich or Augsburg in just half an hour. The S-Bahn station to Munich is only 6 km away.
