Newly built country home compromising of 2 floors open living space. On the 1st floor there is an large en-suite room with a relaxing bathtub 🛀 and window looking into to the garden and pool 🏊‍♀️. The second room is a large double bedroom with windows looking out to the village. There is a small balcony on the 1 st floor perfect to catch that sunset 🌅. The house has high ceilings therefore, is kept cold during the summer time. We have air conditioning in every bedroom and living room as well. There is also a fire 🔥 place for colder days. You will be 100% comfortable throughout the whole year. The kitchen is open plan view with a breakfast bar. Perfect to gather around while someone is cooking! 🍷 🍷 Living room is spacious with folding doors to the garden. 🤩🤩 The garden includes a lovely outdoor shower. Guests can access all areas of the property. The village is around 86 kilometres just about 50 minutes drive to the Carvalhal beach. That’s the Alentejo coast beach, most of the beaches here in this coast are of miles length stretch!😁😁🥳 So you will have plenty of privacy and space to walk and relax away from everything. The Pisão dam is just a walk from the house, here you can use the paddle boards provided by us or you can just walk around the dam and have a picnic!! it’s just the perfect place to be at to catch the sunset 🌅 😎😌. Main city BEJA is 15K 20 min car drive away . there are other villages in proximity, Cuba is 13K 14min drive and Beringel 4K 6 min drive. You can walk to both it’s quite a nice walk through fields or by the the Pisão dam. Both villages have great restaurants that serve regional gastronomic food. There are Many other Attraction around the area to be discovered.!! 🌎🙂🥳 2 bicycles and a moped will be on site if the guests would like to use to get around the village and explore the vineyards and other villages around. The biggest attraction of the future Cinco Reis River Park is the river beach, which will become “Beja beach”, located just over 7 km 4 Miles from the house. The beach is expected to be around 15,000 square meters, according to details released by the municipality, being protected by a wooded area of 10,000 square meters. See media cover!
