Near the house you can enjoy the magnificent view from the top of the mountain of Srª do Minho, with 360º view over Braga, Ponte de Lima, Viana do Castelo, Vila Praia de Âncora, Caminha and other rural villages inserted in the mountains. A place that should not pass without being visited, by religious symbolism, is the Monastery of S. JOÃO D'ARGA. Next to the village passes the RIVER ANNCORA with several waterfalls, the most known being CASCATA DO PINCHO. All these places can be visited by car or on foot, for those who enjoy mountain hiking, passing places of rare beauty where the inhabitants used to take the corn to grind in the RIVER MILLS. In May, one of the most important motorsports events in the village is held in the village, the WRC RALLY DE PORTUGAL.
