Sunny Room

I live with my small family in a one story house. The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented with a community pool and playground, just a one min walk and a nice ponds with benches like 5 min away. Very inviting for walking or running. 7-11, Taco Bell, Chicken express and the highway is just a couple of minutes away. Close to many shopping centers, restaurants, department stores, groceries, movie theaters, hospitals, clinics. A cozy room with a welcoming natural sunlight and a comfortable queen bed. Suits traveling explorers, work or business travelers, students, tourists... It has its own lock and key, WiFi, a TV, a queen bed, a dresser, a nightstand, a desk, a long mirror, a closet, hangers, an iron and an ironing table. Has access to a private bath but not attached just right by the window. Kitchen ( including all appliances and tools ), laundry room, living and dining rooms and backyard (including a barbecue ) .... are shared. Pet and non-smoking free. Female guests only. Entrance is from the main door. Guest gets a house key and the bedroom key. We love socializing with our guests if they like to, but we respect their privacy and space. I’m available for any questions or help. Close to many restaurants, hospital, clinics, pharmacies. Shopping centers, malls, movie theaters... Community pool and park, like a 1 min walk. Free street parking . -Since these days have been really difficult and health has been jeopardized, we do require a complete covid vaccination card on the day of check in. I and daughters are fully vaccinated. -No smoking or drinking, -We are all females in the house so only female guests requests are considered. -Guest will have a key for the bedroom and the house. -Respect and cleanliness are appreciated.
