Morning Dew Room, Swimming Pool Villa

This bright house is located on an isle on the Vaduri Lake, 10 km distance from Piatra Neamt town. The lake is a natural protected reserve of different kinds of migratory birds, including black summer swan. This is a quiet, bright room with an amazing view. My place is located on a pice of land which is like an isle on the Lake Vaduri, at 10 km from Piatra Neamt. The lake is an special protection zone for natural reservation of some variations of migratory birds like winter swans, silver seagul, black summer swans, different kind of ducks and other birds. It has its special charm and musicality, since nature unfolds her music every day and this place allows you to reconnect with the essence of life. It's like a refugee, how we like to name it. It's 10 km away from the nearest city, Piatra Neamt, an old medieval quiet mountain city. It is also 36km away from Bicaz Canion, a gorge located in Neamţ and Harghita counties, part of the Cheile Bicazului-Hășmaș National Park. If you want to hike the mountains, you are only at 16km away from Izvorul Muntelui, a village at the bottom of Ceahlău Mountain. The mountain covers 290km2 form the 7.7 hectares of the Ceahlau National Park. Ceahlau has many bizarre and interesting rock formations like Dochia, Cusma Ciobanului, Panaghia, chapped over thousands of years by the actions of external factors like winds and precipitations. You also find a great biodiversity, including over 1100 species of flowers and 90 species of birds and animals protected by law, the amazing Monument of Nature Duruitoarea Waterfall (25m), the Scientific Area Ocolasul Mare, the Natural Botany Reservation Polita cu Crini. You can choose from seven well-marked routes departing from IZvorul Muntelui chalet, Durau, Bicazul Ardelean and Neagra. Most of the trails are accessible all year round and are easy hikes. Ceahlau is also considered the second holy mountain after Athos due to its religious settlements and is the only mountain in Romania that has assigned a religious holly day. The interior of the house has 5 spacious bedrooms, some with private bathroom, some with 3 common shared bathrooms, on each floor; a linving room, a kitchen, an interior common terrace and some exterior terraces. All rooms have direct access to the kitchen and this room has access to three shared bathrooms, on each floor of the house, so that you can be sure that you will find a free bathroom at any hour. The bathrooms are equiped with shower tub. The bathrooms are equiped with shower tub. You have access also to the kitchen, living room and terrace. And of course, the exterior it's yours to explore because it's the cherry on top! The kitchen is fully equipped with gas and electric cooker, oven, juice maker machine, toaster and coffe machine and an open space for eating, bathed in natural direct sun light. The living room is for everybody, it has a place where people can gather for movie nights,music nights or just quiet night at the fire place. You can bring your favourite books cause there's a windowed terrace at the entrance that can host you for hours or maybe you drift away better outside on a bench under the tree or just connect directly with earth sitting on the grass. During summer, swimming first thing in the morning with the rising rays of the sun and foggy chilled atmosphere allows you to feel some real fresh air not only in your lungs, but in every cell of your being. Actually, upper across the lake, on a hill at 650m there is a forest that has beneficial effects on respiratory system, with a health institute founded in 1905 by Ion Cantacuzino, and it was the third antituberculosis objective that he build in the country. The exterior has 5000square meters (including buildings) and has an orchard with apples, peaches, cherrys and cherries and of, course a vineyard. Chicken and ducks sometimes you will see around their special place or on a plate. If you are vegetarian, there is a vetetables garden and you can pick by yourself some salad, green onion, tomatoes or others. We are happy to interact and provide you with information about the place, the surroundings and nice areas around. Also we can cook for you at your demand. Enjoy a fun-filled breakfast (at 10 €/day), a lunch (at 20 €/day) or dinner (at 15 € /day). There is an excellent trout downstream Bistrita river, 10 km near and they have good fish at good price. Of course, everything is at your choice. I am currently freelancing so we'll meet every day, sometimes more, sometimes less. There is somebody home that can help you if you have questions. The surroundings of the house are amazing with the help of the swans that seem to Find this place quiet enough for their transit or their stay, cause you can notice some different species on the waters around. People that live around in their households are friendly and roundly dispersed around the water lane. If you look for Refugee in the middle of a traditional village and local community, you can find it at Str. Păstrăvului no 6, sat Vaduri, Comuna Alexandru Cel Bun, Jud. Neamț. If you get here by train, there is right next to the Central Station a bus station that you will find public transport to Vaduri. When you get there, somebody will pick you up. The place is 10 km from Piatra Neamt Central Station. 60 km from George Enescu International Airport in Bacău. 120 km from Iași International Airport in Iași Transportation form this locations can be provided at request. You can use the kitchen to prepare your meals as long as you keep tidy after yourself, or you can ask us to prepare some traditional specialities form around with fresh, organic vegetables during summer.
