Swan River Haven- with Pontoon & jetski, kayaks

Our rate is $250 a night w/o boats (on Memorial day/Labor Day weekends $338.00 w/o boats/Indepence Day $390.00) (.Lake St Clair is a wonderful place for boating, fishing, swimming and just relaxing! Open concept with windows to enjoy the view. Restaurants to see. Pontoon rated for 13, tube and flotation pad ! We try to provide 2 jetskis, but promise 1. 2 kayaks for your use. Boater safety license needed NO PETS! MAXIMUM TOTAL OF 10 PEOPLE! NO EVENTS OF ANY KIND ! NO PORTA-JOHNS ON SITE! We fully furnish our homes to be your home away from home. New updated kitchen with black stainless appliances. Several small appliances for your use. Keurig and Mr. Coffee maker with supplies for your to use. Soap, towels, linens are available for you. Washer and Dryer for your convenience. We have a grill/charcoal grill/smoker for your use. Also, the front room can double as a third bedroom. We have 2 sofa/sleeper in it, both are queen size, and have a memory gel foam pad added for extra comfort. If you are using our pontoon, we'll take time to show you how to operate and where to go on the water. If any issues arise, we're a phone call away. Queit and peaceful on the water. Easy to get around by car to many locations in the area. Several restaurants have boat access for a nice ride out to lunch or dinner. If you do not need to use the pontoon or jetski then the nightly fee is $235.00 a night. IF YOU'RE BOOKING OUR HOME WITH THE PONTOON/JETSKIS, OUR INSURANCE COMPANY REQUIRES US TO ORIENTATE YOU TO THE BOATS. WE PROVIDE AN INTIAL ORIENTATION WITH EVERY RENTAL. IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL ORIENTATIONS, THERE IS A $100.00 FEE. BEST TO HAVE "ALL" YOUR GUESTS ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME AND YOU WILL NOT INCUR ANY ADDITIONAL ORIENTATION FEES.
