Beautiful lakeside suite in Southern NH ! This private suite is the entire lower level of our home, facing the water on Sunset Lake. Includes use of dock, grill, patios & kayaks with approval. Comfortable full sized bed, plus single bed for a 3rd guest. Private bath, shower and full kitchen. Great location only 45 min from Boston & Manchester airports & 35 minutes to the seacoast & beaches in Newburyport. Spend a day or a week on our gorgeous crystal clear lake. Every season has its own charm! Must use stairs to head down to lake & dock. Suite includes stove, microwave, toaster oven & coffee maker plus full sized refrigerator with freezer. Lots of parking. Use of kayaks for adults with our permission. Use of hot tub with permission. Upper patio & side yard, grill, firepit, lower lakeside patio & dock are available to our guests. Your hosts, Tom & Donna live upstairs. We're glad to share our knowledge of the area...places to eat, beaches, hiking trails or mountain retreats. We're just a text away ! Quiet dead end street in small 2 street neighborhood. Car is necessary. Easy access to : Boston Logan Airport - 45 minutes to an hour, Manchester Airport - 35 minutes, Seacoast - 35 to 45 minutes, Winnipesaukee - 1 hour, Canobie Lake Amusement Park - 20 minutes. 15 minutes to Rte 93 & 20 minutes to Rte 495.
