Elegant house close to Gothenburg

Our beautiful, large house from 1910 is located in the little pitoresk Alingsås, only 30 min from Göteborg and the fantastic Swedish west coast. It is newly renovated and has the finest amenities and is in excellent upkeep. 40 km from GOT airport. The house is 300 m2 on three floors with room for 10 guests. It's a spacous house with lot's of room for you, your family and friends. Ground floor: Entrance, guest toilet, lovely full-service kitchen with adjoining dining area that seats up to 10 people, living room, fireplace. Via the kitchen you reach the terrace with sun from morning to night. In the big garden you have your own privacy. There is a trampoline, slide, swings, sandbox etc for the younger children. There is a grill for barbecue and outdoor furniture. Upstairs: Large living room with TV. One master bedroom with a double bed, three childrens room with four beds (one double and two single), spacious bath room with both shower and bath tub. Extra guest toilet. Top floor/playroom/guest room: On the top floor there is one TV room for the kids with DVD. Table tennis, lots of toys, and one double bed. There is also a "cosy corner" with two matresses. Two extra child beds can be arranged by a queensize matress. Making a total of 10 + 2 beds capacity. The rent includes everything you need during your stay, such as electricity, hot water, parking just outside the house, barbeque grill and WIFI. Check in time: 3 pm Check out time: noon We are available on mobile phone during the stay. Alingsås is a little pitoresque town only 30 min away from Gothenburg and the fantastic Swedish west coast. The house is located close to Nolhaga park with lots of facilities like state of the art play ground, fresh water lake beach, running tracks, mini golf, frisbee golf, tennis courts, mini zoo, indoor swimming pools, outdoor gym etc. Alingsås is known for its many cafées and cosy boutiqes. Only five minutes walk from the house you find your morning bakery, restaurants, ice cream, super market, eco grocery store, etc. Or why don't take a morning swim in one of the lakes, Mjörn or Gerdsken, only 5 min biking from the house? There are also lots of golf courses in the Alingsås-Gothenburg area. Gothenburg and Swedish west coast is only 30 minutes away with train or by car.
