Private basement space w. ocean view in Sooke core

This fresh renovated room is in basement, stays pretty fresh in summer & has ocean view. A separate kitchenette with countertop stove, microwave, oven, crock pot, bbq, coffee/tee will allow you to prepare some basic food. There is a fridge with freezer in your room. Grocery stores, restaurants and more are just 500 meters away. The house is on the bus #61 route going to Victoria downtown. No smoking! You are getting a room in the ground level basement. In another room I am rarely taking clients (max 5 people a week). So most of the time the place is your private. But sometimes my clients might use the washroom. I will disinfect it after them. So for the nights you will have the space private, quiet and only for you. The room is comfortable for two adults and one or two kids max. I can’t accept tree adults with several animals as the room will be too tight. Walking distance to the Sooke core and the ocean view, quiet neighbourhood and cool air in the suite makes this place different. We built a kitchenette extra for our guests and nobody else is using it (well we use the laundry once a week there). You have your own door, entry area, bathroom and kitchenette, like one room suite. Smart TV is connected to internet but not to the cable TV. Important: there is no smoking allowed on the property due to high fire hazard. No cigarets and no drugs! You can use the front yard for morning coffee or bbq for dinner. I am living in the house and if you would like you can have as much interaction as you wish or not at all. If you are new to the area I could help you with any local information, tips and tricks. All kind of local small and larger chain stores are in the walking distance. Trails, parks and much more are to find in and around Sooke. You can use the driveway to load and unload your car. Please park on the road. We charge lower cleaning fee but you will have to make the beds yourself and put the bedding and towels in the laundry leaving us. If you wish us to set the beds for you please contact me, I can do that if I am not working on the day of your arrival. We will start using furnace in October, it can make some noice going on and off during the day, it will be off at night unless the temperature drops below 5 degrees.
