Located 20 minutes from the highway A75, exit 41, in the center of a typical french little village with la Serre river, and a small restaurant-pizzeria, you will enjoy this nice 2 stored house, entirely refurbished. On the ground floor, full equiped kitchen (washing machine, hoven, large fridge, coffee machines, ...) opened on the dinning room with television and cheminey. Also, large laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, ...) with large cupboards, next to a modern bathroom with shower, and separated toilets. On the 1st floor, 3 large bedrooms as following : 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 double room with a balcony and a beautiful view. All the 3 are fully equiped with cupboards. On the 2nd floor, a large living room (approx. 45m²), with television, sofas, playing area for kids, or reading corner... Upon request, baby cot, baby changing table and high chair are provided for free. Also, possibility of end of stay cleaning 60€, bed linen and towels 60€ extra upon request. Ideally located 5 minutes from Laissac (main village with all shops and supermarkets, french bakeries, and typical market every Tuesday morning), 30 minutes from Rodez and Musée Soulages, 45 minutes from Gorges du Tarn, 40 minutes from Millau and Laguiole, 15 minutes from Saint Geniez d'Olt (typical market on Saturday morning), Bozouls and Espalion, you will be perfectly located to visit some of the greatest places of Aveyron. A lot of visits are possible, such as Vallée du Lot with some of the most beautifull villages of France (Sainte Eulalie d'Olt), Aubrac mountains, and pedestrian or bicycle hiking for all levels, Roquefort's caves, middle age village of Conques, and Chemin de Saint Jacques de Compostelle.
