A self contained apartment located within my home, with a private secure entrance. We are 3 miles from Morpeth town centre and easily reached from the main A1 and A696. It is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet. The apartment has its own kitchen with facilities and utensils for self catering. There is a sofa and dining area with digital television. There is tea and coffee provided along with fresh milk, butter,breakfast cereals and sliced bread. The house is located within the grounds of Gubeon Equestrian Centre, with fantastic views of the Northumberland landscape, stretching as far as the Cheviot hills. As of January 2022 the coffee shop is closed. Please note a baby gate can be provided for the top of the stairs, if needed.
