Casa Lavanda

Experience and feel the lifestyle of Comerio, a small town deep in the mountains of PR. Casa Lavanda locates in the 2nd floor of an 80+ years old building. On 2017 we performed a major renovation project centered around restoring the beauty of its extraordinary “creole” green tiles. Pictures show the charm of its ambience, but just step downstairs to experience first hand the magic of Comerio’s Downtown. Nested within mountains of green forests, walk to its Plaza, the local bakery, cafeteria, pharmacy, etc. meet the very friendly locals and feel how is it to live in a place with no traffic lights, malls, or megastores. Comerío and Casa Lavanda are simply - one of a kind! Casa Lavanda is located in downtown Comerio's main street, Calle Georgetti. Only two-one way roads cross over this small town located in Puerto Rico's central rural area, yet only an hour away from Luis A. Ferre International Airport. A typical colonial plaza (Church, City hall, Passive Park,etc.) is a minute walk away. Local bakeries, cafeterias, supermarket, community pharmacy, etc. are all walking distance. The neighborhood is an experience by itself.
