Award winning house with pool close to Elmia

The house was built in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and won the city-award for good architecture. The house is 284 m2. It has modern standards and everything is in good condition. It is perfect for companies that are here for the Elima exhibition or families who want to enjoy our pool and will explore southern Sweden. The house has a pool which can only be used in July and August. The pool is NOT included the other months. The house is located in a quiet area and therefore we only rent to families and companies. Sovrum 1: Dubbelsäng Sovrum 2: 120 cm-säng Sovrum 3: 90 cm-säng + 90 cm extrasäng (bäddfåtölj) Sovrum 4: 120 cm-säng Sovrum 5: 120 cm-säng Sovrum 6/Vardagsrum 3: Bädd-soffa för 2 personer. Detta är ett genomgångsrum , har ingen egen dörr och leder till sovrum 4 och 5. All spaces are available except for the storage-room and walk-in closet. The house has a heated pool which can only be used in July and August. The pool is not included the other months. To Elmia it's about 8km or 15 min with car through the city. The closest grocery store (Coop) is located 750 m away just before you going down the hill at Dunkehallavägen. If you need "emergency food" they have a Pizza Place there too that the locals go to.
