Palazzina Offida in the old town centre

The Palazzina Offida is a medieval building situated in via San Martino, in the heart of historic town centre of Offida. The building rises higher than any other of the surrounding neighbors, which historically was a symbol of power and wealth. The building has been restored and contains approximately 200 m2 of living Space, not to forget a balcony and a large roof terrace with a panoramic view on Offida. The ground floor, with the main entrance, contains a large kitchen with dining area. The beautifully restored staircase in the main entrance leads to the first floor, which contains living room and bedroom. On the second floor you will find another two bedrooms, one with a balcony over viewing the towers and rooftops of Offida, and especially beautiful at night when the church-towers and dome are illuminated. From the second floor you will find another staircase leading to the loft with access to a large roof terrace overlooking the historic town centre and countryside around Offida.
