Managed exclusively via Sitges Hills Villas - Casa Annelie is a traditional Catalan village house that has been beautifully restored and updated but still oozes plenty of rustic charm with original features such as exposed wooden beams, vaulted ceilings, white washed walls and terracotta tiled floors. The house has a sunny private garden with a fantastic 7m x 4m swimming pool. The garden backs onto fields planted with olive and carob trees, providing guests with both privacy and attractive views. Casa Annelie is located on the edge of Puigmolto, a small and historic hamlet surrounded by vineyards and situated just outside of Sitges. The sandy beaches and numerous attractions of Sitges are less than a 10-minute drive away and the main motorway to Barcelona just 2 minutes away. Barcelona airport can be reached in 25 minutes. What we love best about Casa Annelie is that it offers our guests a charming rustic holiday retreat in a peaceful hamlet and yet the beaches and bright lights of Sitges are still within easy reach. ACCOMODATION Casa Annalie offers comfortable accommodation distributed over 2 floors as follows; Ground Floor Entrance to the house is through an attractive courtyard. The ground floor features a bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area. The dining area comfortably seats up to 6 guests and is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen. The living area has 2 large and comfortable floor sofas, a coffee table and a TV (for videos only). Large French windows provide plenty of light as well as access to a small courtyard. A traditional and equipped kitchen is also located on the ground floor. There is also a toilet with wash basin located on the ground floor. First Floor All 3 bedrooms of Casa Annelie are located on the first floor. There is a good sized master bedroom, a double and a twin room all sharing a large family bathroom. Bedrooms Bedroom 1: Master bedroom built-in wardrobe. 160cm bed. Bedroom 2: Double bedroom. 140cm bed. Bedroom 3: Double bedroom. Bathrooms Family Bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasins & toilet. Ground floor toilet and washbasin. GARDENS & OUTSIDE SPACES All the whole family will be delighted with the outside spaces at Casa Annelie. The sunny and spacious back garden has the fantastic 7m x 4m swimming pool as its centrepiece and the lawns surrounding the pool provide plenty of space in which to sunbath and relax. On one side of the garden is a pretty covered terrace area and large dining table, perfect for enjoying an al-fresco meal cooked on the purpose built BBQ on a warm Mediterranean evening. To the front of the house is a small courtyard providing a shady retreat from the hot afternoon sun. There is a roof terrace accessible from the top floor that can be used for sunbathing or perhaps relaxing with a drink while enjoying distant views of the Mediterranean sea. Unfortunately, Casa Annelie is not suitable for wheelchair users.
