Fisherman's Cottage, 3 Whitehouse Lane

3 Whitehouse Lane is a quirky fisherman's cottage situated in the heart of picturesque Stromness. This thoughtfully handcrafted house features some very unique fixtures and fittings adding great interest to your stay and the fishing heritage of Stromness is a key feature. This cottage is in walking distance of all local amenities but situated in a quiet part of the town with private parking. This cottage features a multi fuel stove adding to the character and although there is no TV there is WIFI available. There are some cleverly designed yet steep stairs leading to the bedroom, shower room and landing. There is a small bunk in the bedroom which could potentially sleep 1 child of 5 years and above. I live in Stromness and will be available for any assistance. There is a key box located outside the front door with a pin code so guests can let themselves in. Stromness is a coastal town with fishing heritage. There is a museum, art gallery, library and a good selection of essential shops, cafes and bars as well as craft and gift shops. The town centre is within a few minutes walking distance. There is private parking should you bring a car and a reliable bus service operating hourly.
