80qm apartment near Weiden, 25km to Grafenwöhr

80 qm apartment has a living room, kitchen, guestroom, bedroom, bathroom and a balcony. Supermarkets, restaurants and the "Nachtmann Glas factory sale" is just around the corner. Train-Station 500 m, motorway 2 km, Weiden 7 km , Grafenwöhr 25 km. Beverages you´ll find in the room for a special price. I live next door and can help you if there are any questions. I would love to be your host. The living room has 2 tables, a comfortable couch, chairs and a big flat screen TV. WLan included; from the living room you can go outside to the balcony to look in our garden. It´s really silent and enjoyable. You can use the whole apartment for your own. It has a living room, new kitchen with everything you need for a nice stay here in Bavaria. There is a guest room which can be used for your child, friend, parent, brother, sister ;), furthermore a bathroom including towels. I live next door, so i can always help if you have questions, problems or whatever….. Nearby you can find shopping centers, restaurants, Nachtmann Glas company Outlet Center, but it´s really quiet and you will like it ;) It´s not far to got to Weiden and Grafenwöhr. Train station just a few meters from the apartment as well as the "Autobahn". If you come by car you can park in our street, there is always a place for cars. Please keep the apartment clean, take care as if it is yours. If you need laundry, there is a washing machine in the house, which you can use for a small charge. Please don´t smoke inside. If necessary, you can smoke at the balcony. Enjoy our small town with nice buildings. It´s not far to got to Weiden and Grafenwöhr. Train station just a few meters from the apartment as well as the "Autobahn". We (my husband and 2 sons and me) speak english and try to help whenever you ask us to.
