Top floor of our house

This apartment has two bedrooms, sleeping up to five people, and lots of living space - about 90 square metres. There's a living room and another seating area with table and chairs. There are wide reaching views from one of the rooms which has a balcony. Although there's no cooking equipment, there's a table seating area, sink and cupboards, kettle and facilities for making drinks, and a small fridge. A large modern shower room and toilet is in the apartment. We provide breakfast downstairs! Here you can feel at home in your own space, and yet still be a part of our home. You share our front door, but once up the stairs the area is for your use only. You'll have 80 square metres of space, and it feels like home! You have exclusive use of the top floor of the house which is a large living space. Although you have a sink and facilities for making tea and coffee there are no cooking facilities, but we provide breakfast for you downstairs in our own living room. You have your own shower room and toilet and access to a second toilet downstairs. You will share our entrance. We are around to answer questions as needed. We enjoy spending time with our guests when we can. We are in a quiet residential street on the edge of central Kiruna. We are a short walk from the centre of town, and in the other direction we are close to a large shopping area. Our house is on a hill and looks out over part of the town and the landscape beyond. One side of the house is a small road, and there is a road with some traffic on the other side, though this is quiet at night, and usually with the snow you don't hear much! We are ten minutes walk or less from everything in town. You can walk from the bus station which is where you will arrive if you come by train (there's a free shuttle bus from the station which is a bit out of town), and also from where the airport bus service terminates in town. We have plenty of parking space if you come in a car. Please note there is no kitchen in this space, and you do not have access to our kitchen. However, we provide breakfast, and we are a short walk from Kiruna's cafes and restaurants. You do have access to a kettle and a fridge, and by arrangement with us we will provide plates and cutlery if you wish to bring home a takeaway meal and eat it at your own dining table. We don't allow the cooking of food or heating up of soups in the upstairs of our house (this includes instant noodles). We provide internet but we don't have unlimited data! It's a mobile device, so we ask you not to upload/download large files!
