This mostly ground floor cottage has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a lower ground floor bathroom, a lower ground floor kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there is ample off road parking, a shelter for bikes, a private patio with picnic table plus shared use of a covered barbecue area, outdoor heated pool, fishing lake, pond, lawned and woodland grounds. Sandpiper Cottage is a wonderful cottage for a fun-filled holiday. Amenities: Bio mass central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own pool towels. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Shelter for bikes.
