If you are taller than 6ft in height please do not book this apartment. No smoking allowed in the apartment. Clean and New Apartment. Ideal for 2 people. Washer and Dryer also available for guest who spends 5 days and over. Guests have their complete privacy but I am always available for any concerns. Guests will have my contact number. I also live on premises. Conveniently located 10 minutes away from JFK airport Close to transportation and amenities Air Train To JFK Airport just 10 Mins away! Buses F-E-J-Z Trains (30-40 Minutes to NYC) Cabs ($2 to the Air-train that takes you to JFK) Apartment located right off the Van Wyck Expressway (10 minutes to JFK and 20 Minutes to NYC by Long Island) Restaurants are 2 blocks away Guests will be able to use the entire studio apartment. Guest will be provided will both my cell and home number. This location is 2 blocks from restaurants such as McDonalds, Subway, Dunkin Donuts, Ceasars, Chinese etc. I am 2 blocks from the Q6 bus that takes 10 mins to get to the train station. The train station is at Sutphin Blvd and Archer Ave, this takes you to the city. Its approximately a 40 to 45 minutes ride. The fare on the bus or train is $2.75 per person.
