SEE 10306 - Dobbin: The approx. 75 sqm non-smoking house for up to 6 people, built in Scandinavian timber construction, connects to the thatched roof house and extends over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the living room (sofa bed - extra bed for 2 people, flat screen TV, access to the terrace) with a large, open kitchen (dining table, electric hot plates, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, various Small kitchen appliances) and the bathroom (shower, toilet, hair dryer). Upstairs there are two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x two single beds) and a large hall with lots of storage space. The furnished terrace offers a beautiful lake view.  Picturesquely situated on a water plot directly on Lake Krakow, with its own jetty and lake access, there are five individually cut holiday apartments of different sizes and a built-on holiday home in Scandinavian wood construction in a thatched roof house spread over two floors. (There is another detached holiday home on the waterfront - SEE 10310.) The lookout tower on the Jörnberg is only a 5-minute walk away, and the tranquil center of Krakow am See with restaurants and shops can be reached in about 10 minutes via the beautiful lake promenade. The tastefully furnished, 1 to 3-room non-smoking apartments and the holiday home - all with a lake view - are centrally heated and have a furnished terrace or Balcony and are u. a. equipped with insect screen, flat screen TV and dishwasher. All guests have direct access to the lake with the hotel's own jetty, one parking space per residential unit in front of the building, as well as bike racks, free WiFi (limited reception!), washing machine / dryer or cot and a daily bread service available on request. The exact features of the apartments can be found in the room description. The total price includes the final cleaning, an initial supply of bed linen and towels as well as energy and water costs. To be paid on site: tourist tax, washing machine / dryer (on request) EUR 3.50 each, pet (if applicable) EUR 5 / night (min. 20, max. EUR 50 / stay). A dog is allowed in this property on request. All other or several animals require the owner's consent before booking. The dog must be registered with the booking. If a booking note is not possible, a late registration must be made. Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
