Lovely guest house shows light and bright with crown moldings throughout. Granite flooring in family room, kitchen & bathrooms. All bed rooms have new beautiful laminated wood like flooring. It is a stand alone building, very quiet & provide privacy. A rare find & very desirable 2+2 guest house with full function has 900 sq ft of living area. The bedrooms have newer beautiful laminated wood like flooring and crown moldings with decent closet spaces. Huge kitchen has granite counter tops, lots of cabinets & a pantry. The living room looks out to the front yard and the private huge patio cover. The living area has granite floor including beautiful bathrooms, the house has AC, heating, washer & dryer. Hot/cold water dispenser available with instant coffee, Keurig, Mocha Cappuccino, and teas for your enjoyment. IT IS MY POLICY THAT THE HOUSE IS WELL SANITIZED AFTER GUESTS LEAVE! Guests have access to the house through the side gate. There are parkings on the circular drive way and curb. Construction or big vehicles must park on curb. If possible, I’ll try to be present at your arrival to welcome you, show you the house& specifics, discuss amenities(internet,A/C, TV remote and answer your questions...etc., etc. I will be available by phone or text when needed. This guest house is located in the high end residential, country in the city area of Simi Valley. It is conveniently located to restaurants, shops,groceries, walking trails. It’s less than 2 miles from our famous Reagan Library . Easy access to freeways, Thousand Oak, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Malibu, hollywood...etc,etc. Many people walk the neighborhood when they don’t have time to go to the walking trails. If you don’t have your own transportation, Uber, Lyft, and public transportation are available or you can walk to the stores. Some of my guests did it when they had leisure time. Illegal drugs are not permitted here and that includes medical marijuana. No smoking. No pets. No parties allowed. Contact host for exceptions & questions.
