Attic open space with bedroom and living corners and private bathroom. It is on the second floor of a typical townhouse in a small town called Petange. Attic open space with bedroom and living corners and private bathroom. It is at the second floor of a typical townhouse in a small town called Petange. Less than 10 minutes walks to the train stations, 15-18 minutes train from Luxembourg city (4 train per hour in pick hours). Very quiet and calm. The attic is furnished with a wardrobe, chest with 8 drawers, sofa bed, side table and a desk. The attic has two big windows (one velux and a normal window). The bathroom is rather big and light (also a big velux). I also provide bed linen and towels. The house has a little garden. Electricity and internet are included in the price. I am Italian and I speak English, French, Spanish and little Portuguese. I work long hours and I am at home usually during week-ends. No pet are allowed and no smoking (but you can smoke in the garden). The use of the kitchen is not included, but you are always welcome to make yourself a coffee/tea and get some water. I am rather flexible, so in case of need please ask and we will find and arrangement, but kitchen should not be considered a common/shared area. Of course for longer stays I am open to find suitable solutions that include the use of the kitchen. I am a very social person so I am always ready to have a chat and provide you with additional information. Petange is a quiet little town, very pleasant and not far away to Luxembourg city. You find not far away from home groceries, post office, banks, train station etc. You can easily reach Petange by train and walk home. The attic is on the upper floor so there are internal house stairs to climb. Is not possible to register yourself as a resident in the country.
