At the gates of Périgord and Quercy, a few kilometers from the magnificent tourist sites of the Dordogne and Lot, this private domain of 20 hectares, carefully maintained, offers two independent lodgings in the heart of the Lot valley for 5 people each. Ideally located in the heart of a forest of hundred-year-old oaks and pines, for outdoor nature holidays. Our Comfortable Cottage - Côté Biron is a 75 m² individual cottage for five people, built in the spirit of a holiday chalet. Facing south and located in a private and wooded property of 20 hectares, it is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation. Arranged on the same model as the neighboring gîte "Côte Bonaguil", "Côté Biron" is perfectly independent and consists of two bedrooms each equipped with reversible air conditioning and ample storage space, perfect for the comfort of 4/5 demanding people. A master bedroom with double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a triple bedroom (two twin beds and a single bed of 90 cm x 200 cm) share a bathroom with walk-in shower. Modern services The large American kitchen is super equipped with a plethora of cupboards and a whole assortment of recent and efficient household appliances offering a large dining area. A sitting area with a convertible sofa, TV area, with wifi, TNT TV and playstation completes the comfort. Outside, in addition to the shared pleasures on the rest of this holiday domain in Lot et Garonne (indoor swimming pool unsupervised, private tennis, multisport field ...), a large covered outdoor terrace of 25 m2 with garden furniture and an electric barbecue (no ashes, no risks) as well as sun loungers are available. Practical information Bed linen is provided and included in the rental price The tenants are responsible for cleaning the premises. In case of non-compliance, 70 € will be requested or withdrawn from the deposit. We also ask for a deposit of € 200 to be paid upon arrival on site. Tourist taxes are already included in the rental price.
