This bright, beautiful home is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood, and just blocks away from the city centre. The tall ceilings provide for a spacious environment, and the many windows allow for natural light to warm and brighten the space. It's within walking distance to Fuerte San Antonio (local attraction), Arena Gruesa (beach), and all amenities downtown. The gated property offers private parking and a private entrance. The unit is in the lower level of a two-storey home and is very comfortable. The neighbourhood is extremely quiet, only the birds chirping will wake you up in the morning! We are available to do the check-in and check-out of our guests, and answer any questions they may have. We can offer recommendations and tours. In the unit there is a welcome booklet that provides information on tourist attractions, tours, dining options and things to do. The neighbourhood where we are located is very quiet, and although we are within the city centre, there is plenty of green space around. Great places to eat, local attractions and local markets are all within walking distance. Having your own vehicle to explore the surrounding areas is ideal as rural bus schedules can be limiting. Exploring the town of Ancud can be easily done on foot. We charge $10,000 per person per night. You may stay in any room, subject to availability.
