At the end of a private road above the village of Porthcurno. Within walking distance of the famous Minack Theatre, Porthcurno Beach and the local village pub and beach cafe. The popular “Logan Rock” public house is 2 miles away in Treen village. Sennen Cove is 3 miles away. The South West Coastal Path is right on the doorstep. Close to the Minack Theatre, beaches, local pubs and South West Coast Path. On a clear night it is possible to see 5 lighthouses. The house “Treveth” is at Rospletha, previously a farm, which sits above the village of Porthcurno. The large sitting room and one double bedroom are on the first floor, this makes best use of the extensive views to the sea and the coast. Two other en suite bedrooms are downstairs, along with the family bathroom and large farmhouse kitchen. The kitchen leads into the large comfortable conservatory which in turn leads outside into the peaceful garden and sitting area. A bbq is provided for guests to use. On a clear day it is possible to see the “Isles of Scilly”. At the end of a private drive and Surrounded by farmland, sea views and the stunning Cornish coastline. No passing traffic. Quiet, comfortable and peaceful. Ideal for walking, visiting the beach or just relaxing. The village with its excellent cafe is just a 5 min easy walk away. The Minack Theatre is also 5 minutes walk from the house. The South West Coast path is accessible in minutes. The adjacent apartment is private. Guests have use of all of the main house. The outside space in front of the house. Parking for 2 cars. A bbq is provided for guest use. I am available as I live in the adjoining apartment. Local pubs: The Cable Station, in the village, 5 mins walk. The Logan Rock in Treen is approx 2 miles and is a very pleasant walk. Porthcurno Beach Cafe 5 mins walk at the bottom of the hill. Sennen Cove amazing surfing beach, “The Old Success” public house and renowned “Beach” restaurant, is 3 miles away. Lands End is 2.5 miles away, and is a beautiful walk along the coast path. Penzance with all amenities is 9 miles. The beautiful and rugged North Cornish Coast is a 10 minute drive. Treveth has its own parking. There is a bus service in the village. A local and reliable taxi service is also available. The house sits alongside 2 footpaths and is 1/4 a mile from the SW Coastal path. There are 2 beaches, Porthcurno, and Porth Chapel, both within a 5 min walk. The house is a converted barn and was converted to take advantage of the extensive sea views. Downstairs there is a conservatory, farmhouse kitchen, utility room with washing machine, dishwasher and additional fridge freezer. Large family bathroom, and 2 bedrooms, both en-suite, one double and a twin. Upstairs is a further double bedroom, and a large sitting room. Lots of peaceful outside space and a large comfortable conservatory.
