Amazing Location!!! Our Private Guest Apartment is perfect for your leisure or work-play getaway. Relax in the well cared for Hot Tub! Kayaks are available for your use to explore beautiful Lake Mallalieu. Bring your own firewood to have a campfire! This oasis is about 7 minutes from the Historic Rivertown of Hudson. Approx. 15 minutes from Stillwater and Afton, MN. Come and go as you please! It's private, secure, and has its own separate entrance. Enjoy 950 sf of peaceful privacy with great views overlooking the 275 acre Lake Mallalieu. The sunrises are amazing. Includes: full kitchen, coffee & tea, bathroom, laundry, living room with 50" TV, bedroom has newer queen bed, newer hot tub for star gazing, off street parking, access to the furnished spacious lakeside front porch and WiFi. This private apartment is situated above our three-car garage and is completely separate from our home but under the same roof with your own separate and secure entrance. The hot tub is in the back of the house along with the fire ring.This is NOT handicap accessible. Maximum of 2 adult guests. If you need an early check-in or late check-out we will do our best to accommodate. Historic Hudson is full of FUN OPTIONS. This location is super convenient to access all the points of interest. Your hide-away is tucked away on a dead end road with minimal traffic. My husband and I are just a text or phone call away so we can be attentive to all your needs but we respect your space and privacy. We know the area well and can make helpful recommendations for Breakfast, Lunch, Dining, Coffee Shops, Shopping, Night Life, Parks, Walking and Hiking areas, River Boat Rides, Apple Orchards, Skiing, St.Croix Riverfront, Eagle watching and much more. Peaceful and quiet! Parking is easy for coming and going. The St. Croix Valley area is a very safe, fun, friendly and quaint location that draws people from everywhere in the USA and abroad.
