HOLIDAY HOUSE RENTING IN SANTA MARIA DEL CEDRO, CALABRIA, ITALY

Hi, I rent a flat in Santa Maria del Cedro (CS), ITALY. The apartment is really close to the beach, 150 meters. It is composed of a double bed and a wardrobe. It can host also a supplementary single bed. There's a kitchen furbished with oven, washing machine, sink and hob. In the kitchen there's also a double sofa bed and it leads to a terrace. I require the 20% of the total price before the arrival and the remaining at when I'll give you the key. In euros the prices are: June and September, 900 euros July, 1000 euros August, 1300 euros. It can be rented also for 7 or 14 days.
