Victorian charm on the corner

Welcome to Raven Manor! Beautifully kept Victorian home built in 1903 with large front porch and back patio area for entertaining or relaxation. Home offers original woodwork and leaded glass windows. My home has a first floor bathroom with stand up shower, and a second floor bathroom with an extra long clawfoot tub to relax in. Newly remodeled kitchen, open to all guests for cooking and eating, stocked with pots, pans, and dishes/utensils. Formal dining room, first floor laundry, beautiful living room to relax in. Private bedroom with queen sized bed, shared bathrooms. Cats and a dog do occupy our home with myself, my boyfriend, Nick, and our two wonderful and helpful housemates. All rabies are up to date. We can be as involved in your stay as you like. House will be mainly yours to enjoy. Many festivals will be coming soon. Fredonia Farmer's Market is open year round. Approximately 90 minutes from Niagara Falls, 20 minutes from Lily Dale, 60 minutes from Buffalo, 2 minutes from the NYS I-90 exit 59. Only 7 blocks from beautiful Lake Erie, close to city beaches.
