Under the sun of the Drôme Provençale, Les Chauvins welcome you in a private domain of 200 hectares where calm, tranquility and relaxed rhythm of life reign. This hamlet surrounded by exceptional nature, with its salt-heated swimming pool and its hikes on 20 km of hiking trails inside the estate, is perfect for holidays with friends, family or for a seminar. In the heart of a protected landscape, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and all nuisances, the area is accessible by a motorable but unpaved mountain path which rises for 2 km, it is made up of 5 houses built in drôme stones and solid wood, which offer a total capacity of 17 rooms and can be privatized by a group of 30 people maximum (20 people for seminars)! The estate was completely renovated and extended in 2017 according to the highest requirements of "low carbon" construction. The House "La Montagne" has been specially designed to offer everything a large group needs: Equipped kitchen with a large living room and a very spacious terrace to comfortably seat 30 guests. In a relaxing setting, isolated in the mountains and surrounded by lavender, the 5 houses give you unobstructed views of the overhanging mountain and the valley below. Each of them has magnificent private outdoor spaces (terraces or gardens) and offers the greatest comfort: Quality bedding (double or twin sleeping possibilities), plenty of storage, internet connection .. The bright reception room perfect for seminars with an area of 50 m2 is equipped for video projections. Its large bay windows give an aerial view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. Its outdoor wooden terraces allow you to fully benefit from nature and the exceptional location. On the edge of the orchard, with a superb view of the Teyssières valley and the "La Lance" mountain is the heated swimming pool. Located in a fully enclosed space for the safety of children.
