This is a private two-story home with a fully functional kitchen and backyard. PARKING: There is an attached 3-car driveway for your use. (Can fit 3 cars comfortably, possibly 4 if cars are small enough.) ROOMS: 5 private rooms can fit up to two people per room. Fully furnished with large closets in each room. OUTDOOR SPACE: Fully accessible backyard with large deck and patio. Perfect for outdoor gatherings. AMENITIES: Fully functioning kitchen with appliances/cookware/serveware/flatware. Stone countertops and plenty of pantry space for your use as well. Bathtub in the first floor bathroom. HOUSE RULES: No Parties or Events No unregistered guests Please clean dirty dishes before checking out We have dish soap and dishwasher pods for your convenience No illegal activity allowed NO SMOKING (if smoking occurs in the house, an additional cleaning fee will be applied upon check out) Please place garbage in the trash can. Please refrain from wearing shoes in the house No food or drinks allowed in the bedrooms No pets Try to keep noise to a minimum after 10PM Do not remove towels from the premises Guests who lose their keys will be responsible for covering the fee ($50) for a lost key. LOCATION: We are in a prime location for a multitude of travelers. We are near the Fleetwood Metro-North Train Station, Empire City Casino and Cross County Shopping Center. Guests will have full access to the first and second floors, frontward, backyard and driveway. I am available via the Airbnb app, phone (text/call/FaceTime) You couldn't have asked for a more prime location. If you’re visiting from out of town, this location is as central as you can get. You are seconds from Cross County Shopping center which is filled with shops and restaurants. You are also a 5-minute drive to Empire City Casino & Raceway and a 4-minute drive/uber ride to the Metro-North station to NYC. You are only a short 4-minute drive to the Fleetwood Metro-North train station, which is just a 30-minute ride to Grand Central Station. We are also located right off the Cross County Parkway which can connect you to 3 other major highways. Naturally, we are hard at work building precautions to keep our home, and you, safe. >We have provided anti-bacterial hand soap in each bathroom, anti-bacterial cleaning spray, and supplies in the kitchen; >We recommend while in public that you avoid shaking hands, touching railings, door handles and wash your hands as often as you can; >We have increased the cleaning and sanitizing of all areas, especially high-touch areas, including the kitchen, vanity tops, counters and door handles; >We also expect you to be proactive and make sure you put your health first. If you should feel under the weather at any time during your stay, I encourage you to seek medical attention ASAP.
