Factory Building from the 19th century

We created a unique experience for those who would like to unplug and connect. We redesigned an old factory, built in the 19th century to be space for your family and friend gatherings, or your retreat. The Factory building group is located about half a km from the outermost houses of the village. In the middle, there is the three-story factory building, built by the Kunffy family in a typical "millenium" style. It was completed by the end of the 19th century. It also has a Small Castle, which was the factory manager's apartment. The old stables are now an impressive venue for a wedding or a workshop. There is also a 1,200 square meter fish pond that is excellent for swimming. You will be able to use all the accommodations: - The Castle - The tiny house (only May - September) - The XL room (only May - September) - The Main building - The Chill Zone - The outdoor fireplaces - The lake - The 2-acre land What is not included: Party areas - The Main Hall - The Gallery - The basement If you are interested in throwing a party with DJs or Live music, please contact us for a quote for these areas. There is no live loud music allowed outside between 10 pm and 10 am. We will have someone showing you the place and we also have a night guard on the property. You will be located right next to a unique wine region, that is really tourist free. It has more that 7000 wineries. Moreover, there is a wonderful forest, national park, where you can observe the animals riding the forest train or you can do kajak. By car we are located about 1.5 hours from Budapest. You can also join us by train.
